Initiative 1: Open Records Lawsuit
against DeKalb County, Georgia
Open Records Act Lawsuit against Peachtree DeKalb Airport (PDK)
Feltus v. PDK involves the public's repeated
attempts to obtain access to government records under the Georgia
Open Records Act. These records are expected to show that DeKalbCounty and
its employees are engaging in ongoing official misconduct designed to conceal
the unlawful introduction of oversized aircraft into Peachtree
DeKalbAirport
(PDK). In addition, the complaint
also alleges that DeKalbCounty has
evaded ad valorem taxation of aircraft based at PDK.
