Open Records Act Lawsuit against Peachtree DeKalb Airport (PDK)

Feltus v. PDK involves the public's repeated attempts to obtain access to government records under the Georgia Open Records Act. These records are expected to show that DeKalb County and its employees are engaging in ongoing official misconduct designed to conceal the unlawful introduction of oversized aircraft into Peachtree DeKalb Airport (PDK). In addition, the complaint also alleges that DeKalb County has evaded ad valorem taxation of aircraft based at PDK. Legal counsel for this case is lead by Brandon Hornsby, LLC.
